Dr Bob Eden is Rawwater's MD. He is an inventor and technology entrepreneur with twenty five years experience in well technology, oilfield souring and biological corrosion. He consults to the oil & gas industry and military and maintains strong links to the universities in the North of England.

Bob supports and mentors graduates, creating opportunities for work and training at Rawwater. He welcomes applications for summer placements from those wishing to gain experience in water management in oil & gas.
Bob is also part of the Dynamic Dinosaurs team of technical experts working on innovative solutions to problems in well construction and operation.
Tony Cousins as a director of Rawwater, brings a wealth of project management skills to the ongoing Technology Development Programmes of Rawwater. With over 30 years of experience in the offshore sector of the Oil and Gas industry he has specialized knowledge of subsea facility engineering. He has been involved in various notable projects in the Norwegian and UK sectors of the North Sea, involved in all areas from conceptual to product research and development, detail design, project engineering and management.
Professor David Auckland is Rawwater Engineering's chairman, an engineer by training whose early work experience was in the electricity supply industry. David joined the staff of the University of Manchester's Department of Electrical Engineering where he became Head of the Department and Graduate Dean in the University's Faculty of Science.
David became interested in business creation and technology transfer, establishing the UK's first university based business incubator. He went on to establish the Manchester Science Enterprise Centre which is devoted to teaching and training in the field of Innovation and Enterprise. In recognition of his role in the field of enterprise he was appointed to the Chair of Business Creation in University of Manchester.
Kay Ralph is Rawwater’s Operations Director. She is a Biology graduate with fifteen years management experience within large organisations. Her key roles were to maximise profitability and generate business for these companies together with motivation and development of staff. She has also run a small business, allowing an understanding of the operational needs of Rawwater on a day to day basis.
Cheryl Taylor is our Financial Controller and is currently training to be a chartered accountant. Cheryl brings varied business experience to the company underpinning her sound financial guidance.
Sam Worthington is Rawwater's design engineer specialising in the production of our larger projects. Sam excels at technical drawing and complex system design allowing us to offer bespoke engineering projects to our clients.
Matt Streets is our microbiologist who graduated from Nottingham University. An accomplished musician, Matt brings culture to Rawwater. He is developing the high pressure bioreactor suite and is running our contract R&D microbiological studies.
Helen Fairlamb is an environmental biologist who works within the microbiological and analytical fields of our R&D programmes. She has returned from her gap year and is currently working as a Project Officer using her experienced gained whilst on her gap year.
Johann Gregory is our Senior Chemist providing detailed analysis of Rawwater’s injection and produced water samples. Johann has over thirty five years experience in analytical chemistry and expert testimony.
Callum Morgan was Rawwater's trainee Project Officer during his gap year, supporting us in Helen’s absence. His strengths are manifold, especially in mathematics and IT. Callum is currently at Sheffield Hallam studying statistics and will be working for us during his breaks from University.
Leanne Jones is one of Rawwater’s recently recruited Project Officers. A microbiology graduate from The University of Manchester she is responsible for managing projects and running our bioreactor suite. In her spare time she watches American football and is a fan of The New England Patriots
Jennifer Williamson is another recently recruited Project Officers. Also a microbiology graduate from The University of Manchester, she is an environmental enthusiast and enjoys expeditions into the wild. Her roles include the running of our bioreactors and analysis of samples for our contract R&D programmes.
Phil Gannon is an MSc in Metallurgy and manufactures the prototypes for Rawwater. His specialised knowledge of fabrication and welding has been invaluable in building and testing our flow loops and well technology hardware
Prof Roger Newman is a Professor in the Department of Chemical Engineering at the University of Toronto where he holds an Industrial Research Chair. He spent twenty years at the Corrosion and Protection Centre specializing in the corrosion of stainless steel alloys. He supports our biocorrosion consultancy.
Q-ten Limited support Rawwater's marketing and internet strategies. With experience in web technology dating back to the early 90s, Q-ten supply and support much of the web applications underpinning Rawwater's online reporting systems.
Prof Patrick Laycock is Professor Emeritus in the School of Mathematics at the University of Manchester. His academic research interests include Experimental Design Matrices and Extreme Value Statistics. Patrick developed Rawwater’s oilfield emulator program for the prediction of reservoir souring.
Dr Nicholas Stephens is a lecturer in Corrosion and Protection Centre in the School of Materials at the University of Manchester and a member of the university’s Materials Performance Centre. He’s Rawwater’s electrochemist and computational modeller providing the science behind our well abandonment technology.
Dr Tinoush Sheikhzeinoddin trained as a process engineer and consults upon Rawwater's oilfield souring prediction software. Tinoush is based in Canada and works with the oil companies to select and assess data to predict the souring potential of their reservoirs.
